Booking an appointment
If you contact us during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm), you will be informed on the same day how your presenting issue will be managed. This may include:
- A same-day appointment
- A scheduled appointment on a future date
- Advice or signposting to another service
If you contact us outside core hours, we will respond on the next working day.
